Ascorbic Acid

Product Features
Ascorbic Acid is a naturally occurring organic compound with antioxidant properties. It is a white solid, but impure samples can appear yellowish. It dissolves well in water to give mildly acidic solutions. It has identical antioxidant properties to L-ascorbic acid yet has far less vitamin C activity.
Ascorbic Acid can fight scurvy, so it is also called ascorbic acid. It is an important vitamin widely found in fresh fruits and vegetables and many organisms. As a highly active substance, it is involved in many metabolic processes. In the human body, it is a highly potent antioxidant used to reduce the oxidative stress of the ascorbate peroxidase substrate.
Ascorbic Acid can maintain immune function, hydroxylation and serotonin, maintain blood vessel integrity, promote non-heme iron absorption, etc. At the same time, it also has anti-oxidation, anti-free radical, inhibit the formation of tyrosinase, thereby achieving whitening.
